Online Yoga Classes

I offer the consciousness practices of yoga and meditation as a resource and support for the whole person.
In consideration of this, I offer a scaled pricing structure that takes into account systemic oppression and reduced ability to partake in life affirming activities for some folk.
This structure makes it possible for more people to access the classes, supported by the community and those who have access to more resources. Your enrollment also helps me to add more scholarships. Please choose the option that feels appropriate to you and your circumstances.

Weekly Class
 Mondays 9:30-11:00am PT
Yoga for Resilience

This class is a full spectrum yoga class including conscious movement (asana), breath practice (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana). You will be invited to listen to your own body and circumstances to learn what feels right and respectful on any particular day. This practice is designed to support integration of your body-mind-heart to facilitate more resiliency and capacity for life off the mat and cushion. All bodies, abilities and levels of experience are welcome. This class is offered virtually only.
